Crest Nicholson approached us to create a series of Verified View Montages (VVMs) – also known as Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) – for their high-end residential proposal on Melior Street in London.
Planning permission in London is often subject to strict scrutiny and guidelines, particularly when landmark buildings are in view such as The Shard. For Crest, Verified Views were a prerequisite of the application. Sanders Studios carried out GPS coordinated site surveys, photography and subsequently created verifiable artworks accompanied by the necessary methodology documentation, ultimately providing Crest with a watertight planning package that presented an entirely accurate depiction of the proposed vision.
