Sanders Studios was delighted to create a series of architectural visualisations to help Laurence Associates realise their beautiful contemporary vision for a proposed dwelling at Restronguet Point near Feock, Cornwall.
The proposal sits seamlessly within it’s context overlooking the River Fal, exploiting the natural contours of the land and stunning coastal views.
To embed the proposal into its contoured site and minimise its impact on neighbouring plots; the dwelling exploits recessed sections and limited cantilevered projections, boasting a two-storey structure from the front and a three from the rear.
