Fairview New Homes approached S/S to create a series of high-end marketing CGIs presenting their exciting vision for Synergy – a large, unique residential development in London. The intent behind the visualisations was to blend contemporary urban design with beautiful green landscaping to create a welcoming, attractive and lively community feel. Ultimately helping Fairview sell dozens of units off-plan.
