Junior/Mid Level 3D Artist (Immersive Media)

Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Junior 3D artist to join our immersive media department. The successful candidate will assist in the creation of custom AR/VR software solutions and interactive experiences for multiple platforms, primarily built on Unreal Engine, to deliver innovative material for the high-end design, property and superyacht industries. You will have a strong understanding of the Unreal Engine asset creation pipeline and a passion for environment art.

Essential Skills
- Strong 3D modeling skills (Blender or 3Ds Max), able to produce well optimised models with clean geometry to a high standard
- Proficient with Unreal Engine
- Proficient in UV unwrapping meshes both for lightmaps and material application
- Good ability to create PBR textures using the Substance suite and Photoshop
- Comfortable presenting to end users and representing the company at marketing events and expos
Desirable Skills
- Past experience creating assets for XR
- Experience using Jira or Trello for tracking tasks and monitoring team workload
- A good understanding of agile workflows
- Experience using version control solutions such as GIT or Perforce
- A basic understanding of CAD (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD or Rhino)
- Some knowledge of Corona and Vray would be beneficial alongside and understanding of AI image creation pipelines

Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Terms
- Hybrid working, Successful candidates will be expected to be in studio at least 2 days a week
